Erratum-Refer Indian Spikenard, second paragraph. The sentences read as, `The oil helps in cases of cardiac arrhythmia or dysrhythmia where the heart beat may be too fast or too slow and may be regular or irregular. This causes disturbance of the heart rhythm in which there is abnormal electrical activity in the heart'.

They should instead read as, `The oil helps in cases of cardiac arrhythmia or dysrhythmia, where the heart beat may be too fast or too slow or may be irregular. Arrhythmia/dysrhythmia is caused due to abnormality in the electrical activity of the heart'.

Errata-
(1) In page 53, under the heading `Water', instead of, "If you live in hot conditions and spend much time outdoors, its recommended you drink at least 12 glasses (250 ml each),
of water everyday', the sentence should instead read, " Its recommended that you drink at least 12 glasses (250 ml each), of water everyday. More if you live in hot conditions and spend much time outdoors". Remember that the recommended level of water intake/day (irrespective of climate i.e whether summer or winter) is around 2.5-3 litres, that is 10-12 glass (250 ml each) of water/day.
(2) In page 53, under `Fruits and Vegetables', pectin is a soluble fibre and not an insoluble one.
