Please note- My quote is on packaged soups of the powdered variety. Unfortunately, dropped out and added words make it sound like I am anti all soups. Kindly prefix the words 'packaged' or 'powdered' before the word `soup' as you read it. Also, only vegetable soups are low in protein. And, a soup made of only carrot or potato or pea will never have more calories than a soup made of only lentils. Finally, I dont ever need to say 'I dont know...' when it comes to nutrition :)
